Hotel Information

The 2025 NAWEA/WindTech conference is taking place at the Renaissance Hotel Dallas October 15-17, 2025. The events October 13 – 14, 2025 will take place at the UTD Alumni Center, located close to the Renaissance Hotel Dallas. 

The 2025 NAWEA/WindTech conference has a room block  available with dates both before and after the conference – including standard room rates & government per diem room rates. Please select the correct link for the type of room you’re booking.

The conference will take place between the Renaissance Hotel Dallas the the UTD Alumni Center. 

  • October 13-14, 2025 – Side Meetings at the UTD Alumni Center
  • October 14, 2025 – Graduate Symposium at the UTD Alumni Center
  • October 15-17, 2025 – NAWEA/WindTech 2025 at the Renaissance Hotel Dallas  

To take advantage of the room block rates, all rooms must be booked before 9/24/2025.
