NAWEA/WindTech 2025

The NAWEA/WindTech 2025 conference has been planned in collaboration with NAWEA, UT Dallas, and Sandia National Laboratories. 

This years event will be an in-person only event taking place October 13 – 17, 2025 in Dallas, TX with the primary conference taking place October 15 – 17, 2025 at the Renaissance Hotel Dallas. 

NAWEA/WindTech 2025 Conference Venues

The NAWEA/WindTech 2025 conference will take place at two different venues:

  • UTD Alumni Center: The side meetings, graduate student symposium and banquet will take place here.
  • Renaissance Hotel Dallas: This is the venue for the main NAWEA/WindTech 2025 conference, including the posters reception. 
For your convenience, the conference has a hotel room block secured at the Renaissance Hotel Dallas with both industry and government rates for hotel rooms for the length of the conference.
